The major purpose of this study was to investigate the secondary school teachers job satisfaction in chamarajanagara town. The results indicate that female secondary school teachers have a more job satisfaction privet secondary school teachers have more job satisfaction on govt secondary school teachers and also more than 5 years experience secondary school teachersâ having job satisfaction in chamarajanagara town
