The general aims of this study was to describe teachers management at senior high school number 1 Muara Pinang Empat Lawang District. The subjects of this research were the principal, vice principal and teachers. The data were collected by interview, observation and study documentation. Then analisys data used descriptive method. The finding of the study was that the management of teachers was conducted on the recruitment, selection, placement, compensation, performance appraisal and dismissal of a distinctive specifically.
