KAJIAN PENDAPATAN USAHATANI DAN PEMASARAN SAYURAN WORTEL DAN TOMAT DI DESA MERDEKA KECAMATAN MERDEKA KABUPATEN KARO PROPINSI SUMATERA UTARA

This research aims to calculate the income of farming vegetables carrots and tomatoes in the research area and identify the form of marketing channel and analyzes marketing margins vegetables carrots and tomatoes in the research area. Research in the village of Merdeka, sub-district Merdeka, district Karo interviewed as many as 40 farmers vegetables carrots and 20 tomatoes by using census method. Income obtained farmers from carrot is Rp.13.352.869,88/Ha/MT and on farm tomato is Rp.20.116.158,28/Ha/MT. The first marketing margins can be seen that is a carrot Rp.700/Kg and tomato 800/Kg
