STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA EKSPOR UDANG BEKU (KASUS: CV. LAUTAN MAS CABANG BENGKULU)

This study was conducted to determine the right strategy to develop the export business of frozen shrimp in the CV. Lautan Mas Branch Bengkulu, analysis tools used in this study is a SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix. Respondents in this study were as many as 15 experts from their respective fields. From the research, obtained 7 strategies from the SWOT matrix, then there are 7 strategies QSPM reprocessed using the matrix in order to get the best strategy strategy 3, this is "Aggressive Sales" with a value of 5.1238, which was selected second strategy is the strategy of "science and technology “Application to get Quality Qualified Shrimp Ekspors” with a value of 4.3793, and the third strategy is "Improved Technology for Business Development” with a value of 4.291.
