Abstract. The development of additional bank and the entrepreneur becomes a barometer to measure the success of the economy region . One way is to look at the development of the micro business lending growth (real sector) and also the growth of banking . The loan portfolio of small and medium micro enterprises ( SMEs ) in the province of Bengkulu in 2012 increased compared to 2011 . As is known in Bengkulu economic growth in 2012 of 6.61 % is much higher than the national growth rate of 6.45 percent.
