The objectives of the research were to identify the career obstacles, and to find the reason of those career obstacles existences. Using purposive sampling, total respondent was 30 female employees. The collected data were analyzed using by quantitative and qualitative methods. The career advancement of this research were position level, salary, and job satisfaction. The results show several career obstacles of female employees which are less networking (no reationship with the top manager, no relationship with supervisor, and no networking), demography/family background (married, no husband’s support, and have kids).
