This study aims to determine what strategy to achieve development in civet coffee business in the District Kabawetan Kepahiang district by looking at the factors of their respective strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,threats. The data used are secondary data and primary data, secondary data which is obtained from the BPS Province and get primary data from interviews and questionnaires are distributed to employers mongoose Kabawetan District. The sampling method was census methods and analytical methods used are using SWOT analysis and CSF analysis.
