The objective of this research was to describe the employee’s performance of correctional in carrying out the prisoner treatment at Bengkulu Correctional. The specific objectives of this research were to describe leader and prisoners perception concerning to factors that effect the performance of employee in accomplishing treatment toward prisoners. Research method applied was descriptive qualitative while data collecting techniques were interview, questionnaire and documentation. The research samples are leader, and prisoner of Bengkulu Correctional. Data collected were analyzed by data reduction, display data and data conclusion.
