PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN LQ45 DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

he purpose of this study were to analyze the effect of: Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Current Ratio toward the stock price. Sample in this study were 15 companies which are listed at LQ 45 in Indonesian Stock Exchange along the period of 2008-2010. By applying purposive sampling method. Data used in this study were taken from the financial report from each companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The test were done by using F test, t test, and Determinant Coefficient. The study result showed that simultaneous among indepent variable toward dependent variable. This can be seen from the variable significant level below 0.05 with F count score 0.144. Partially, at the level of significance 5%, the obtained result show that EPS variables have significant influences to shares price and for ROA, ROE and CR variables do not affect the share price. Variable that has dominant influence to shares price is EPS variable, this condition is shown with value of beta coefficient in the amount of 0,798 (biggest from other variables value). The Adjusted R Square score was gained of about 0.550 or 55 %. The result showed that the Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Current Ratio influence the stock price and the remains of 45% was explained with other variable with the fallacy degree level of 5% (α = 0,05)
