Abstract—This paper presents the results from the research of output power control in a bridge converter with IGBT transistors loaded with a serial resonant circuit. The purpose of the research is operation of the bridge converter in mode of induction device. The mode of induction heating of metals have retroactive effect of the parameters of the resonant circuit on the power converter. The change of the parameters of the resonant circuit changes output power of the converter. Usually in the applications on the induction heating of the metal materials is required the converter to work with constant power.
