This paper gives tbe results of the recent investigations of the ore occurrences in the vicinity of the village of Mitrašinci, first of all those carried out by electronic microprobe. The examinations were carried out on the main ore minerals from the ore parageneses and make an important contribution to the explanation of the mineral associations and to the determination of the genetic features of Fe-Ti occurrences in the area
