Wedding songs, dances and customs from Stip and surrounding

This paper is directed towards a thorough introduction to wedding songs, games, rites and customs in Stip. Defend a thesis still living presence of the wedding songs and rituals on the ground of Stip, which is dramatically reconstructed. This is supported by a representative folk material collected from the field, from informants who got married before 55 years. My subject of research and interest are wedding songs and rituals, performed during wedding ceremonies in Stip and Shtip, more than half a century. The research will serve multiple methods and principles as follows: a) research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, classification, theory of reception, semiotic method; b) instructional methods: text – method, problem – a research method, analysis method, method of work with teaching resources, a method of writing; dialogical method, a method of thinking; analytical – interpretive method, reproduction method, research method; method of interpretation of the ethno-music works; c) instructional principles: the value of art works, as opposed to the historicity of contemporary works, language, genre, thematic and stylistic diversity of the works; in the selection of representative works; correlation and integration problem – research and creative approach; productivity; methodical mobility; namely: global – national – local ethnological wealth; d) types of research: transverse and historical and contemporary aspects of the research
