The three-dimensional hermetic root canal obturation that implies sealing of the apical and the coronal part of the tooth, presents one of the conditions for successful prognosis for endodontic therapy in case of pulp inflammation. The goal of this dissertation is to evaluate and determinate the influence of the coronal, and apical microleakage in etiology of periapical pathosis, as well as their part in the failure of the endodontic therapy.
