With the effective use of technology of information the company may obtain superiority for every employee. This research purpose to find out indicators wich influence advantages technology of information and the impact on individual performance. The reasons why this research gets done are: first, technology of information is lagerly used in public sector, especially in PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Divisi Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Network Regional Sumbagsel. Second this research is able to understand indicator considered in determining the assembling technology of information and impact to employee The sample used on this research consist of overrall employee which is uses technology of information. The data collected as many as 70 questionnaires. Analyses are used by using multivariate analysis SPSS.1
