SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN BENGKEL PADA SINAR JAYA MOTOR PALEMBANG

The research objective is to analyze and to design a Management Information SystemWorkshop at the Sinar Jaya Motor Palembang in order to overcome the problems that exist in the current system is running on the Sinar Jaya Motor. The method used in the writing of this thesis is the iteration method is also conductingobservations of the system is running in order to collect the necessary data. In designingthis system, it is also necessary context diagram, data flow diagrams and ERD (entityrelationship diagr am) for a description and guide to make it easier for designers to makea program that will be applied to the Sinar Jaya Motor later. The results of this analysis are expected to help the Sinar Jaya Motor in getting all theinformation relating to the management company with more quickly and appropriately so that it can also indirectly improve services for customers
