This dissertation explores the development of a human capital concept that is here referred to as "Âgreen footprint competence"ÂÂ among workers and members of organizations that position themselves as "Âgreen"ÂÂ, "Âorganic"ÂÂ, or "Âenvironmental solutions providers"ÂÂ.
