The objective of this research was to compare the growth rate of Litopenaeus vannamei and the fluctuations of the physical, chemical and biological parameters (oxygen, pH, temperature, salinity, turbidity and phytoplankton) in two ponds, in the shrimp farm Playa Hermosa. The ponds that were selected for the study were pond 1 and 2 of the shrimp farm, where it was started on day 57 of culture when the organisms weighed 6.83 g for pond 1 and 5.02 g for pond 2. During 8 weeks, an N = 100 was taken for the weighing of the organisms that were captured from different points of the pond, which were provided by the technician in charge of the farm, to then perform the individual weighing on a gramera scale.
