Malgré la diversité de contributions concernant l’analyse des ressources hydriques et la multiplicité d’expériences de gestion de ces ressources, les eaux souterraines n’ont été incorporées dans l’agenda politique des relations internationales que très récemment. En ligne avec les recherches dédiées à la compréhension des défis associés à la gestion des eaux et à l’émergence des mécanismes de régulation pour la gestion environnementale, ce travail examine la création de mécanismes pour la gestion conjointe des eaux souterraines transfrontalières.
