Organic farming provides an opportunity to positively impact the environment, human health, and future yields. Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is a high value vegetable grown for the fresh market in the United States Virgin Islands. Four cultivars: “Mountain Fresh”, “Red Defender”, “Security 28”, and “Defiant” were evaluated for yield potential in an on-farm trial with farmer’s participation at Sejah Farm, St. Croix. The experimental design was a complete randomized block with three replications. The trial was conducted from November, 2012 through March, 2013.
