The purpose of this study was to craft a strategic architecture for CV Asa Agro Corporation (CV AAC). The current main business of the company is producing a fresh mushroom and substrate medium (which is called ‘baglog’). The data were collected from both external practitioners or expert respondents and also internal respondents based on purposive sampling and using a Delphy method.
