The purpose of this study is to compare, the effects of high intensity aerobics in water verus High Intensity aerobics in land Training in moderate COPD. A total number of 30 subjects of age group between 40-60 years diagnosed as COPD are randomly selected for the study. They are divided in two group ; High Intensity aerobics in water training (Group A) and High Intensity aerobics in land training (Group B). After randomizing Group A subjects are given High Intensity aerobics in water training for a period of 6 months. Group B subjects were given High Intensity aerobics in land training for a period of 6 months. The pre & post test values of perception of Dyspnoea, Exercise capacity & quality of life are measured.
