Mrs Richard L. Holt 1st Sgt R.L Holt Fayetteville Btny "B" 936 [??] FA BN. Arkansas A.P.O 464% Post Master RFD#5 N.Y. N.Y. December 9, 1943 Good morning my seet and how are you this morning? This letter leaves me OK. Things are much quiter this morning than they were yesterday when I wrote. Honey I got the pictures OK and they sure are good. The twins sure are growing. I sure wish I could be there and see them in person. The day I get them I also got 8 letters in all. One from Bert + Ed. One form Mother and the rest from you. I guess they have finally all caught up with me this time. The Bottle of Jerghen Lotion came also. Honey I may be repeating some of the things I wrote yesterday because things were hapening so fast then that I hardly knew what was doing. I havent gotten my xmas plays yet but am looking for them any time now. I got a letter form Aunt Nettie a few days ago also. Honey the frong lines really arent so bad once you get kind of used the shells going over your head. Some of them come pretty close some times, but so far the Lord has been with me. I really thin if a pearson takes precaution bu will come along ok. So try and not worry more than you can hep Sweet. I am comming back home when this thing is over. And I want a wife + youngsters to come home to. So with all my love to the only wife in the world + kiss all the youngsters for me. Keep lots for yourself. Le
