Sullins seated at end of couch.From 1952-1963, Paul Sullins was a member and officer of the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees. He also served as president of the University of Arkansas Alumni Association. In 1977, he was appointed a special associate justice in the Arkansas Supreme Court by Governor David Pryor. The Crossett Public Library is named in his honor. Mr. Sullins served as secretary and general counsel for The Crossett Company, Crossett, Arkansas, until July, 1962, and then in a similar capacity with Georgia Pacific Crossett Division from 1962-1976. He was a past director and officer of Tri-State Mill Supply Company, the AD&N Railway Company, the Public Utilities Company of Crossett, and the First State Bank of Crossett
