ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Interpersonal Conflict and Humor on Job Stress at the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The variables used are Leadership Style, Interpersonal Conflict and Humor which are independent variables, and Work Stress as the dependent variable.
