PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, FASILITAS KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. PUTRA PUTRI JOMBANG

Abstract This research was conducted at CV. Pura Putri Jombang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work facilities, and compensation on employee performance CV. Putra Putri Jombang. The variables used work discipline, compensation as an independent variable, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 50 employees. Using the proportional stratification random method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 14.0 for Windows software. The results showed that the culture variables of work discipline, work facilities and compensation had a significant effect on the performance of employees of CV. Putra Putri Jombang.
