AbstractNotaries are public officials appointed by the State to carry out the duties of the State in legal services such as making authentic deeds. In carrying out its duties and responsibilities making authentic notarial deeds sometimes make mistakes that affect civil, administrative and criminal sanctions. If seen in Article 16 paragraph (1) letter b of the UUJN that minuta deed must be made and kept as part of the Notary protocol.
