Indonesian rice production in 2014 amounted to 70.8 million tons, a decline in production of0.5 million tonnes compared with production in 2013. The purpose of research is to produce paddy rice strains resistant acid soil stress and adaptive if it is grown as an upland rice which is generally a suboptimal land. Twelve new rice lines Polinela assemblies planted on two different environments, namely in wetland conditions at pH 6.0 and pH 4.5 upland. Thestudy design in each neighborhood using randomized complete block design (RCBD) is repeated three times. The observed variables include the maximum plant height, maximum shoot number, the number of productive shoots, weight of 1000 grains and grain yield per clump.
