Pengaruh Ekstrak Daun Sirsak (Annona muricata L.) Terhadap Mortalitas Kecoa Amerika (Periplaneta americana) Dewasa

The extract of soursop leaves (Annona muricata L.) was tested as nabatic insecticide againt ofamericancockroach (Periplaneta americana)using experimental method. Five level of concentration of extracts( 5%, 4%, 3% and 0%) with five replications was tasted in laboratory. Mortality of crockroach in 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120hours after treatment was recorded. Data were analyzed by Probits 5EXE analysis. The result showedthat extract of soursop leaves effectively as nabatic insecticideagainst LC50 6 hours is 5,23% of adult american cockroach(Periplaneta americana).
