All hospitals in Indonesia are required to serve BPJS patients with quality services. Service quality consists of five dimensions:tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Quality service increases service satisfaction. Conditions at RSH Blitar showed an increase in outpatient visits by 79.4% after the application of BPJS. This case may lead to changes in service quality. This study identifies the differences in patient perceptions of service quality and satisfaction before and after the application of BPJS.
