This research is motivated by the results of pre-research conducted by the author on marketing strategies in increasing the number of customers at BMT UGT Sidogiri Pekanbaru Branch. Since it was founded in July 2012, BMT UGT Sidogiri has been able to increase the number of its customers from year to year.
