In this work, an approach to how an interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary collective of nine educators of the Monteverde Campestre District Educational Institution that weave the seminar Dialogue of Knowledge around Climate Change (DKCC) is set up, in the perspective of making a theoretical and methodological contribution to teacher’s training as a researcher from school. Under the focus of collective action research, an analysis of the looks, obstacles and challenges presented during the process is made.
