The quality of education is one of the purposes of our educational system, struggled to achieve effective schools where the figure of the teacher acquires rightful role in classroom management and educational improvement. These is a research focused on teaching management of new teachers and experts and learns about and compare different ways of managing the classroom teachers employed by these groups and classrooms with similar characteristics.
