ALGUNAS CONSIDERACIONES SOBRE EL RECONOCIMIENTO ESPECÍFICO DE COMPATIBILIDAD DE DETERMINADAS ACTIVIDADES PROFESIONALES DE EMPLEADOS PÚBLICOS LOCALES

This work gives an overview of the methods governing the regulations against the holding of multiple posts by civil service employees. It also studies the compatibility issues which ensue when private activities are combined with public office. It pays particular attention to analysing the legal questions which arise from the acknowledged conflict of interests when civil servants undertake specific professional activities that require a license, administrative ruling or certificate from a professional body.En este trabajo se describe sumariamente el sistema de fuentes del régimen de incompatibilidades de los empleados públicos. Asimismo, se estudia el reconocimiento de compatibilidad para actividades privadas de los empleados públicos. En particular, se analizan algunas cuestiones legales que suscita el reconocimiento específico de compatibilidad que se regula para determinadas actividades profesionales de empleados públicos que requieran licencia, resolución administrativa o visado colegial
