LA OBJETIVIDAD NEGOCIADA: CIENCIA Y POLÍTICA CIENTÍFICA

This paper suggests that the construction of objectivity in polítical action is produced through permanent negotiations. Regarding science policy, this seems to have been indeed the case, as it is suggest by the brief historical account of a set of dates and events from the posi-WWII onwards presented in this essay. Those events. closely interlinked, may contribute, at least in part, to an understanding of the processes of negotiations between scientists and both national and foreign policies, negotiations that brought about the basis upon which policy-making towards the promotion of experimental research took place. Bolh science policy-making and knowledge expertise led to further knowledge, policies, and expertise politically influential.La construcción de la objetividad en la acción política parece estar sujeta a negociaciones permanentes. En lo que atañe a la política científica, este parece haber sido el caso. Un repaso histórico, aunque apresurado, de algunos acontecimientos desde el fin de la Segunda Guerra Mundial así lo sugiere. Se presentan aquí algunas fechas y algunos eventos que, conectados entre sí, pueden contribuir a comprender, siquiera en parte, los complejos procesos de negociación entre especialistas y políticas nacionales e internacionales que han dado al escenario extranjero y al español unas bases sobre las que asentar medidas que pretenderían fomentar la investigación experimental desde la acción políticas, que parece haber resultado, a su vez, generadora de más políticas, de más conocimiento y de autoridad experta con influencia política
