ARQUITECTURA Y ENSEÑANZA DEL DERECHO:

This paper presents an interpretation of the influence of the architectural features of the building of the Faculty of Law on the behaviour and attitudes of teachers and learners. The author concludes these features enforce traditional behaviours and discourage behaviours in line with more innovative views of teaching and learning. In summary, it is presented as a place where students are more oriented to copy or memorize than to understand, ask or work about academic subjects.Este artículo presenta una interpretación de la influencia de las características arquitectónicas del edificio de la facultad de Derecho sobre el comportamiento y las actitudes de los profesores y alumnos. El autor concluye que estas características refuerzan comportamientos tradicionales y desalientan comportamientos compatibles con enfoques más innovadores de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. En resumen, se presenta como un lugar donde los estudiantes están más orientados a copiar y memorizar que a entender, preguntar o trabajar sobre las materias académicas
