¿SOPLAN VIENTOS DE CAMBIOS UNIVERSITARIOS?

This paper describes the Spanish University current state: it analyzes the need to change the university policy and even its structures; some steps are proposed to give answer to the new knowledge society’s requirements, so that the university may be transformed into a new one, not only to respond to new social demands but also to anticipate them and to guide them into a better citizen’s personal and social development.El presente artículo describe el estado actual del Sistema Universitario Español: se analiza la necesidad de cambio en su política universitaria y en sus estructuras; se proponen algunas medidas para dar respuesta a las exigencias de la nueva sociedad del conocimiento de manera que la universidad se transforme, no sólo para dar respuesta a las nuevas demandas sociales sino que ha de prevenirlas y orientarlas para un mejor desarrollo personal y social de los ciudadanos
