Introduction: adverse events (AE) are part of human interactions that occur daily in the places where health care is delivered. Their identification is essential, especially in more vulnerable populations, as is the case of children.Objectives: Identify the AE present in the attention of users of a pediatric hospital specializing in the care of children with chronic respiratory diseases.Methodology: this study is descriptive, correlational and retrospective.
