This research article focuses on the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational development. It also considers the relationship between age, gender, educational qualification and experience of employees and the EI factors. The EI factors such as empathy, self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills and motivation and OD techniques like sensitivity training, process consultation, team building, organization process building, HRM and strategic interventions are considered for the purpose of the study.
