The focus of this study is on university administrators’ perceptions about organisational climate and job satisfaction in two Ghanaian universities through a qualitative case study design. The research question posed is: How do administrators in the two Ghanaian universities perceive organisational climate and job satisfaction? Through purposive sampling, 16 (eight from each university) administrators were selected to participate in this study. Semi-structured, in-depth, individual interviews were conducted and analysed qualitatively.
