The study aimed to know the role of psychological stress in the performance of social workers in Al-Amal mental health complexes in the northern border region. In order to achieve this goal, a two-part questionnaire was designed. The first part included demographic and social information, while the second part formed of five axes (anxiety Depression, mental health, handicaps and the role of mental health management). The sample consisted of eighty-five subjects.
