China's continued development assistance to Africa in recent decades is one of the most controversial events in the region. China's aid to Africa, fueled by the spirit of the growing self-secession of African countries, has attracted the world's attention. While friends see the great help as a lucrative opportunity for both sides, the enemies of the association fear the potential impact of Chinese development aid on increasing their own stoic capacity.
