This research was conducted at National Land Office West Pasaman. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The impact of Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment, 2) The impact of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, 3) The impact of Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. To get good estimate and interpretation of this study, the samples studied are 49 respondents. Data is collected through questionnaire, to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale.
