The purpose of this study is to investigate the EFL teachers’ and students’ attitudes towards the use of songs in teaching and learning English language. The participants were (43) English teachers who teach Sixth Grade in public schools in the directorate of Education for Wadi Al-Sier in Amman. (42) Sixth-grade students were participated as well in this study from the same Directorate. Questionnaires were filled out by both EFL teachers and students. The results show that students are of view that songs helped them learning English vocabulary and it is also considered as good practice by teachers.
