This article discusses the complex situation of cultural relativism within the lines of Human Rights, Anthropology and Differentiated Education related to indigenous cultures. The work promotes suggestions to mitigate consequences of certain impasses using the concept of overculturality proposed by the author of this article in his doctoral thesis, as a tool used by Differentiated Education, where it is understood as the space in which the meeting of the different is favored, generating the identification a nd interaction with differences, producing or reproducing culture or transculture.
