Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan Knowledge Sharing Enablers yang terdiri atas dimensi Enjoyment in Helping Others, Knowledge Self-Efficacy, Top Management Support, Organizational Rewards dan ICT Use terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Divisi Helicopter Completion Center PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kausalitas. Pengambilan sampling menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu semua populasi karyawan Divisi Helicopter Completion Center PT Dirgantara Indonesia.
