This study aims to see the effectiveness of using Macromedia flash animation based on the ispring suite on the activity and science learning result of grade eight of SMPN 1 Kotagajah on digestive system materials. This research is quantitative research with Quasi Experimental Design method. The population of nine classes (234 people) of students, class VIII of SMPN 1 Kotagajah, the sample is two classes which consist of class I as an experimental class and VIII H as control class, selected by group sample technique or cluster sampling.
