Diagnóstico de obesidad para adultas en la comunidad Siboney ( Original)

The research was carried out with fifteen average adults with grade II of obesity, belonging to the Community of Siboney, Bayamo Municipality, Granma Province. The results obtained demonstrate the need to develop a Pedagogical-Therapeutic modality through the utility that the game provides in reducing accumulated energy and physical exercises through stimulation in the muscular planes and favoring the prevention of metabolic diseases associated with obesity influencing their future preparation for the life of obese adults, according to what is pursued with therapeutic physical culture in the community. A problem in obese adults of great significance for the Popular Council is solved through the Game System developed, in addition to favoring the socialization of the neighborsin the neighborhood with these characteristics as a way to increase social well-being and quality of life.La investigación fue realizada con quince adultas medias que presentan obesidad de grado II, pertenecientes a la Comunidad de Siboney, Municipio Bayamo, Provincia de Granma. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran la necesidad de elaborar una modalidad Pedagógico -Terapéutica mediante la utilidad que brinda el juego en la disminución de la energía acumulada     y ejercicios físicos a través de la estimulación en los planos musculares y favorecer la prevención de enfermedades metabólicas asociadas a la obesidad incidiendo en su futura preparación para la vida de las adultas obesas, acorde a lo que se persigue con la cultura física terapéutica en la comunidad. Se resuelve un problema en las adultas obesas de gran significación para el Consejo Popular a través del Sistema de Juegos elaborado además de favorecer la socialización de la vecindad del barrio con esas características como vía para elevar el bienestar social y la calidad de vida
