Sinclair declairs his intensions for his New Jersey and the Civil War Bibliography. [It came out in 1968 as "A Bibliography : the Civil War and New Jersey.] For technical reasons, he excludes newspaper and manuscripts. [However, in 2003 he published "A Guide to New Jersey and Other Civil War Manuscripts in the Special Collections and University Archives of Rutgers University."
