The power of cognition through adventure therapy rewires old patterns of expression. The Evolve Yourself Institute (EYI) System of Self® is a therapeutic intervention which is accredited by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and the Australian College for Nursing (ACN). Predicated on a model which has five fundamental pillars: 1) education; 2) breath; 3) movement; 4) reflection; and 5) meditation, this workshop bridges practical and theoretical components to showcase how an immersion of practices and processes can be applied to a variety of contexts.
