Purpose: Low-grade serous ovarian carcinomas (LGSC) are Ras pathway-mutated, TP53 wild-type, and frequently associated with borderline tumors. Patients with LGSCs respond poorly to platinumbased chemotherapy and may benefit from pathway-targeted agents.
